Mohamed El Rais

Mohamed El Rais is Financial Consulting Business Partner in EPIC Advisory with over 20 years’ experience in the financial field, with extensive experience in accounting, he is deeply involved in developing and managing financial systems, budgeting and P&L analysis, forecasting, excel modeling and ERP SYSTEM. He finished a Diploma in accounting and finance – at RITI and Project management at AUC and certificates corporate finance, financial statement analysis & valuation, while graduating from Faculty of Commerce 2006.

Tamer Ahmed

Tamer is a Senior Accounting and Finance professional with 25 years of progressive experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, controllership, internal and external audit, compliance, and financial management across multinational organizations in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Retail, and Aviation. Tamer has held senior finance positions with leading organizations including Nobel Drilling (formerly Maersk Drilling), Maersk Drilling, Egyptian Drilling Company, Agrium, and B.TECH, with international experience covering multiple entities across Egypt, Singapore, Ghana, the UK, US, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Poland. His expertise includes IFRS and GAAP compliance, budgeting and forecasting, consolidation, cash management, intercompany reconciliation, cost control, and ERP systems including SAP, IFS, and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Building on a strong accounting foundation, Tamer has demonstrated a strong track record of improving financial processes, strengthening internal controls, and delivering measurable financial results. Tamer holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, a Professional Certificate in Accounting & Finance from the American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Ain Shams University.

Omar Hamdy

Omar Hamdy is currently a Director at EPIC Advisory, providing financial advisory, valuation, and feasibility studies and a CFA level 2 candidate. In the fourth year at his college he was a participant in “CFA Institute Research Challenge 2018” representing MUST University & was among the qualified six teams to present a fundamental analysis & investment recommendation at CFA Grand Ceremony 2018 sponsored by CFA Society Egypt. In this competition, He and his team performed a comprehensive Stock Valuation. Along with Writing an Initiation of Coverage report on “Alexandria for Mineral Oils Co. "AMOC". Covering the Financial analysis, Company analysis (Business Description & corporate governance analysis), industry analysis, Investment Summary (Key Investment Drivers along with Risk assessment). He joined EPIC Advisory after his graduation working as a financial consultant where he did provide a business & Financial advisory services including valuation, corporate financial restructuring, and feasibility studies to Start-ups , small & medium cap firms. Omar covered more than 9 startups whom business model are highly technical that use latest technological techniques such as Artificial Intelligence, "two of them were selected by the World Economic Forum as the Top 100 Arab Start-ups shaping the Fourth Industrial revolution", Moreover, he performed more than 25 Financial Valuation & Feasibility Studies with an accumulated Initial Investment fund of +250 million EGP for firms that operate in Food & Beverage, construction, building materials, transportation, Seaborne trade, Shipping, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical and technology.

Dr. Nader Ibrahim

Nader Ibrahim is the CEO of EPIC Advisory, the Managing Partner of Exancial Capital; UAE, Managing Partner & Board Member in Archer Advisors, he is also a Board Member in Misr Finance for Financial Services, and Ma’ak for Microfinance, with +28 years of experience in the field of Finance and Investment developed at investment companies, managing portfolios and private equity funds. Moreover, he is the Financial Advisor for the IT Industry companies in Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, a Subsidiary of Information Technology Development Agency; Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. He is Board Member in FEPS Business Incubator. He is also Mentor with Flat6Labs, Nilepreuner at Nile University; Raya Future Tech and Endeavour Egypt. He has been involved in a number of high profile transactions and investment management in Averroes Ventures, RSM Financial Advisory, MH&P Management & Financial Consultants, Mashreq Capital, Al Ahly for Development and Investment, NAEEM Holding, IT Investment and Joint Arab Investment Corporation. He is also an Adjunct Faculty at Executive Education; the American University in Cairo, Edinburgh Business School. He is also Adjunct Faculty at Maastricht School of Management – Maastricht University; the Netherlands; since 2010. He also teaches at Swiss School of Management, teaching Finance and Investment in MBA and Postgraduate Programs. In addition, he is also an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Investment in Nile University and Lecturer of Financial Economics in Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Finance, from Ain Shams University, September 2012. He completed his MBA in Banking & Finance at the Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands in 2004. He Graduated from Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, 1997.

Jarrah AlShatti

Jarrah Yousef Al Shatti is the Managing Partner of EPIC Advisory; Kuwait, He is also a Corporate Partnerships & Relations Manager at Kuwait Maastricht College of Management. He is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience spanning public administration, mechanical engineering, and the energy sector in Kuwait. His career reflects a rare blend of technical expertise and administrative acumen, built across both government institutions and leading private-sector companies supporting Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC). He began his career in 2004 as Secretary to the Public Prosecutor at Kuwait's Ministry of Justice. In 2006, he transitioned into the energy sector as a Mechanical Technician with Al-Kharafi Group, and later with Arabi Energy & Technology Company K.S.C., both assignments supporting KNPC. Over nearly two decades in these roles, he has specialized in the maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of mechanical and industrial systems, consistently ensuring compliance with safety standards and contributing to plant reliability within multidisciplinary technical teams. Alongside his technical career, Jarrah pursued higher education with a strong focus on leadership and organizational development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Arab Open University and a Diploma in Administration and Secretarial Studies, and completed his MBA at the Maastricht School of Management (Kuwait Branch) with a Very Good GPA. Jarrah has also engaged with Kuwait's academic community, participating in conferences and university events through the Public Relations Department of Kuwait University. Building on his professional experience and academic foundation, he is now pursuing admission to a PhD program, aiming to deepen his research capabilities and contribute to scholarship in business and organizational leadership. He holds a recommendation from a Maastricht School of Management professor in support of his doctoral studies.

Nada Wael

Nada is a Business Administration Graduate from Nile University, where she majored finance and entrepreneurship. While her study she was involved in different students’ activities such as EnactUs, IEEE, NuMun, MESE, HumanNu, and NuSU. She had an internship in QNB and CIB, then she joined EPIC Advisory as a Business Analyst. Worked on many companies for valuations and restructuring such as Direxiona, IBDL, Yalladealz and AccessMed. Mohannad Hamed Shaddy

Mohannad Hamed Shaddy is Business Partner in EPIC Advisory, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Swiss School of Management, Italy, major in Marketing & Entrepreneurship. Currently a Doctorate of Business Administration candidate since 2021 – Swiss School of Management. He has more than 18 years of experience in digital projects management and content development, have led him to the field of content-related projects management, where he has led for years several projects, some of them were limited in time, and worth hundreds of thousands of pounds, others were continuous projects with an annual budget of millions of pounds. He then moved to entrepreneurship and business, where he led and co-founded a couple of startups, which got rounds of investment and reached millions of pounds in revenue annually. He leverages on a wide range of experience in fields of Content, Research, Media, Astrophysics, Websites, Management, Theatrical Acting & Directing and Web Design. He held the positions, Manager in Chief at Ida2at, COO at Kotobna, content unit manager at O2 media group, Digital products consultant at Capital One Holding, and Founder & CEO at Nash2, Co-Founder & COO at Zokourah, COO at Imtelak. For years, He has been consulting startups & SMEs in areas of marketing, management, digital transformation & entrepreneurship.

Amr Asfahany is working as an Associate Financial Analyst at EPIC Advisory. Amr is a graduate of Misr International University, Faculty of Business Administration with major in finance and financial economics as a minor. Asfahany has comprehensive knowledge and experience in the finance field built in hands-on experience and serious of courses. Asfahany is serial Entrepreneur as he is the co- founder of WACC++, a software agency specialized in educational systems. In addition to Asfahany founded an Advertising agency specialized in digital media marketing, entitled with “Monkeyters”.
